Once past the gate, you drive slowly into the property until you reach the front of the chateau, where there will be staff members who already know who you are, and are there waiting to welcome you, carry the luggage, and show to your room. Once in the room, another staff member comes bringing complimentary white wine and appetizers; by then, you really feel like being in a high class place, and you are!
