L'Absinthe Hotel is situated in the heart of the old town, near the port. This old 16th

L'Absinthe restaurant, facing the harbour, has two magnificent dinning rooms, both of them conserve the visible stonework, beams and fireplaces. one of these dates from the 15th century (former house to the English guards during the Hundred Years War) and the other from the 17th century.
