Rooms in all categories naturally have all the comfort our guests expect. There are disabled-friendly rooms and facilities so the unbelievable Arctic experience is available for everybody. In addition there are five absolutely unique two-person igloo cabins made of aluminium that are available from May to October and provide a front row view of the Ice Fjord. The igloos are located at the end of a wooden causeway just a short walk from the hotel but in many ways they are in a totally different universe. Superior rooms in the Kajak Wing 22 superior double rooms with views across the sea and the icebergs are situated in the recently built Kajak Wing. You will find everything you need here to make your stay exceptionally pleasant: 32" Loewe TV and alarmclock with radio, free DVD films, wireless network, telephone, trouser press, hairdryer, minibar as well as coffee and tea making facilities. The beds can be arranged as a king size double bed or as two single beds. The tastefully decorated rooms have paintings by the Greenlandic painter Miki Jakobsen - and for non-smokers we have a whole storey with 11 non-smoking rooms. SuperiorPlus rooms in the Umiaq Wing The hotel's new Umiaq wing offers 33 additional superior double rooms of high international standards. The name comes from the Greenlandic word for "women's boat" All the rooms have wonderful views across the Ice Fjord and Disko Bay. Standard rooms in the Puisi Wing Hotel Arctic has 32 standard rooms, all wit views across the sea and the icebergs. We prepare the room according to your wishes either with 2 single beds or a double bed and draw your attention to the available facilities which include a television and radio, two video channels, a telephone and a hair dryer. This wing takes its name from the Greenlandic word for "seal". Suites Would you like extraordinarily good accommodation? Then try one of our Junior Suites or the Ambassador Suite. The Junior Suites are a larger version of a superior room. The six Junior Suites in the Umiaq Wing all have bathtubs. The views of the sea and the icebergs from the are the dominating characteristic of all the Junior Suites but you also will also feel that you are enjoying the ultimate accommodation standards that Hotel Arctic can offer.
