Antrim 1844s Own Chef Michael Gettier - Chef of the YearSunday, May 24, 2009
On Monday, March 23rd at the annual Stars of the Industry Gala held by the Maryland Restaurant Association, Our Executive Chef, Michael Gettier, was awarded the title of "Chef of the Year". This award was voted on by Maryland restaurant diners from online ballots as well as ballots placed in selected restaurants. We'd like to thank all of you for your support and congratulate Chef Gettier for a tremendous achievement.

The Estate of Truchard at AntrimSunday, August 26, 2007
Anthony Truchard II's family founded Truchard Vineyards in 1973 in the Napa Valley. In 1989, the Truchards began making wine for themselves using only their estate-grown fruit. An old barn on the property was converted into a winery; this barn became the symbol for Truchard Vineyards and adorns the top of the wine label. With the addition of a 10,500 square foot wine cave, the winery has become a beautiful, modern facility. The winery makes 11 different wines, producing a total of 16,000 cases per year.
