This rental property is superbly located on the lakeside between the towns of Nesso and Lezzeno overlooking Lake Como with the town of Argegno on the far side of the lake with the Intelvi Valley standing majestically behind it – the Intelvi Valley separates Lake Como from Lake Lugano. Whether you are into eating al fresco, fishing from the balcony, sunbathing on the sun deck at lake level or just sitting back and watching the boats go by, this property really is something special. The 70 steps which take you from the road down to the property will keep you fit and give you a great appetite (don’t worry about carrying your luggage up and down these, as a porter service can be provided to assist you when you arrive and depart the property – on request), the music which is diffused throughout the property will help you to sit back and relax and enjoy the views while the air conditioning will keep you cool…. These two identical apartments Renzo (lower level apartment) & Lucia (higher level apartment) are just 11 steps apart. Everything about them is identical from the furnishings to the modern air conditioning system throughout the apartments, music which can be enjoyed in each and every room throughout the property, the stereo/radio playing CD’s and the two balconies – one from the living room and the other from the master bedroom – lake view of course.

The apartments themselves are EACH on one level and have an open plan dining and living room area with the most incredible lake views, comfortable furnishings and satellite television. The Kitchens of these apartments are well equipped with microwave/electrical oven, gas rings, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, American coffee machine and many gadgets to allow for no excuses as to why you can’t prepare a wonderful Italian meal. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV’s, the master bedrooms overlook the lake and have private balconies while the guest bedrooms which can be made up as twin beds or a queen bed (your choice) – overlook the attractive garden area at the back of the property. Each apartment has 1 bathroom which has yet another fabulous lake view – the bathrooms are well lit naturally and have good lighting in them too, double sinks and showers and plenty of shelf and top space.
